One yeae later-no improvement at all. App just does the job… but not always! Specifically: The privacy notice appears ALWAYS, no matter how many times I accept it. Every time the phone awakes and the app is restored. The trip pause function just closes the app and is unable to do the job ever: either leave the car open or finish the ride. There is no way to report vehicle status at the beginning of each trip.

Lamentamos las incidencias que has podido sufrir con la App, estamos trabajando continuamente para que desaparezcan todos esos problemas. Mientras tanto, esperamos que puedas seguir confiando en nosotros :)

I use reserve cars on this app frequently. However, the app is terrible: constantly logs you out and and on several occasions when you reserve a car it disappears from the map and the app doesn't recognise the reservation. Yet when you arrive at the car it still opens the car!! The app needs serious work. And I've noticed a severe deterioration in the cleanliness and interior condition of the cars recently. Quite poor.

I've been using the service for almost a year. Very happy initially. Price has risen twice in that period but still used the service. Application no longer works for obtaining invoices. I have to request invoices each time. Initially wrote to them politely 3 weeks ago and no update. I've stopped using Wible as a result as invoicing is essential. Wible will be welcome to contact me if they solve their problems.
